Decorate Your Lodge Home With Rustic Bar Stools

Rustic bar stools will fit in well in a western or lodge style home. Bar stools can be a great decorative accessory and you can use for seating and to decorate as well.

Bar stools are not only practical but also can be attractive. One is able to purchase them in many designs, colors, and materials. Three important criteria to consider when purchasing bar stools are room design, theme and the color of the stools. If you choose stools such as wrought iron ones with camping-themed cutouts or wooden ones with natural fiber seats, you can create a rustic look.

Buying rustic bar stools not only enhances your decor, but it has a practical side, too. Take the height of your table or counter into consideration when choosing stools. There are different heights to bar stools therefore, in order for you to get the best fit from your bar stool you should have in mind where you are going to put it so you can make sure to buy one that is the best height. When choosing stools, select the ones which will give you 10 to 13 inches from the stool seat to the counter or table bottom.

Another thing to consider is how many barstools you need for your area. It's best if you measure from the middle of one seat to the middle of the next and place your barstools 25 to 30 inches apart. Take the total length of your counter, divide by twenty-eight, that should give you a reasonable estimate of the total chairs you are looking for.
